At Kotriton, we’re committed to delivering your gear safely and efficiently. Please review the details below to understand how we process and ship your order.
Order Processing
All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During high-volume periods (e.g., product launches, sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will have extended processing times. Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping dates. Orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available, unless stated otherwise.

We currently offer Ground Shipping only for all orders.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free ground shipping on orders over $100 USD (before taxes and discounts).
Orders under $100 will be charged the flat rate listed above.
Shipping Regions
We ship to most locations in Canada and the United States.
If you are ordering from a remote area or international location, delivery times may vary or may not be available.
Military & PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note that these shipments may take longer to arrive. Return shipping from these addresses is the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kotriton.com within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation. We’ll be happy to assist.
