This section applies specifically to the Kotriton Lab mobile application, including its features, content, accounts, and related services collectively referred to as the “App.” The App and the Site are together referred to as the “Services.”

11.1 Information Collected Through the App

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:

  • Apple, for App distribution, device-level services, and services provided through the Apple platform.

  • WooCommerce and related website service providers when the App displays Kotriton products or directs users to the Site.

11.5 Shopping and External Websites

Kotriton Lab may display products, recommended gear, prices, availability, or links obtained from the Kotriton website. When you open the Site, place an order, or complete a transaction outside the App, the website-related provisions of this Privacy Policy apply.

Payment information is handled by the applicable payment provider. Kotriton Lab does not directly store complete payment card numbers.

11.6 Device Permissions

The App may request access to device features only when required for a specific function. Before accessing permission-protected information, the App will provide the applicable system permission request.

You may manage App permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from functioning.

11.7 Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain App account information, preferences, progress, and activity information for as long as your account remains active or as reasonably necessary to provide the App.

You may request deletion of your Kotriton Lab account and associated personal information through the account deletion function available within the App or by contacting info@kotriton.com.

Following a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize information associated with your account unless retention is reasonably necessary to:

Removing the App from your device does not automatically delete your account or information stored through the Services.
